1. The Service
NeuroLux Cortex is a software platform designed to assist users with managing social media workflows, including connecting authorized Instagram accounts, preparing content, scheduling publications, publishing content, and using AI-assisted features.
Features may change as Cortex is developed, improved, or adapted to third-party platform requirements.
2. Account Access and Authorization
You may connect supported third-party accounts, including eligible Instagram accounts, to Cortex.
You represent that you have the necessary authority to connect, manage, and publish content to every account that you connect to Cortex.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for actions performed through accounts under your control.
3. Instagram and Meta Services
Certain Cortex functionality depends on APIs, services, policies, and technical infrastructure provided by Meta Platforms.
Your use of Instagram and other Meta services remains subject to the applicable Meta and Instagram terms, policies, permissions, and platform requirements.
Cortex cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of functionality that depends on third-party platforms.
4. Publishing and Scheduling
Cortex may allow you to publish content immediately or schedule content for later publication.
You are responsible for reviewing your media, captions, publishing instructions, account selection, and scheduled time before approving or requesting publication.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features
Cortex may use artificial intelligence to assist with captions, hashtags, recommendations, analysis, publishing plans, and other content-related tasks.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, or unsuitable suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.
Cortex does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, unique, lawful, appropriate, or suitable for every purpose.
6. User Content
You retain your rights to content that you upload or provide to Cortex.
By using the service, you authorize Cortex to process your content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, including media processing, AI-assisted processing, scheduling, and publishing.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.
9. Availability and Changes
