What to Include
To help us understand your request, include the relevant details without sending passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive login credentials.
- A short description of the issue.
- Your connected Instagram username, if relevant.
- The Cortex feature involved, such as account connection, scheduling, media, AI assistance, or publishing.
- Any visible error message or other information that helps explain the issue.
Instagram Connection Issues
If your Instagram connection expires, becomes unavailable, or requires renewed authorization, Cortex may ask you to reconnect your account through Meta.
Do not send your Instagram password, Facebook password, or Meta access token to support.
Publishing Issues
Publishing may depend on the status of your Instagram connection, Meta APIs, supported media requirements, network availability, and the information provided in the publishing request.
If a publication does not complete as expected, contact support with the relevant Instagram username and approximate publication time.
Privacy Requests
Privacy-related questions may be sent to the same support email.

Service Status
Some Cortex functionality depends on third-party services, including Meta and Instagram APIs, backend infrastructure, AI providers, and hosting services.
Temporary issues with those services may affect individual Cortex features.
Security
If you believe your Cortex connection or account may have been accessed without authorization, contact support as soon as possible.
Never send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or Meta access tokens by email.
